All I want in this life is to love and be loved, to laugh and be happy!

Like all of us, I am currently navigating my way through the ups and downs of this amazing, sometimes very painful but beautiful life.

This page fills me with as much dread as having to introduce myself to a bunch of strangers on a works conference, so I will keep it short and sweet.

The best version of me is bubbly, enthusiastic, and adventurous, a little bit cheeky, spontaneous, and always the first to laugh at myself.

I would say I am on a journey at the moment, to find my way back to the best version of myself……. or maybe that should read, find my way forward.
